Our Company Profile Alshall Construction Company has nearly a decade of construction experience and is a proud member of the Dallas/ Fort Worth chapter of Associated General Contractors. Bonded, and experienced in the planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, building and finishing phases; ACCO is also well versed in a wide range of Architectural and Engineering disciplines. These types include:
At last count, our team has overseen management facility improvements and tenant finish out projects on more than 1.5 million square feet of retail space. Alshall begins each project with our reliable value engineering system designed to make sure our clients get accurate and precise budget quotes as well as construction input before ground is even broken. If the budget does not meet our client’s goals, ACCO will incorporate their design vision to a new blue print that will also fit their budgetary requirements. ACCO has put that same drive for excellence into every project, for clients including the Dallas Housing Authority, the University of Texas at Arlington, the cities of Dallas and Forth Worth as well as the Dallas, Fort Worth and Plano Independent School Districts. At Alshall Construction Company, client involvement is important at every step of the process. That is why we developed a project tracking system to chart construction progress, scheduled payments and budget milestones that is accessible to every member of the respective teams. The client’s goal is our goal, and we work hard with architects, engineers and sub-contractors to make sure we deliver a turn key project on time and within budget every time.
