TH Williams High School - Owner: Plano Independent School District

Alshall Construction Company renovated and provided finish out to this high school auditorium and its state of the art control room. Located in Plano, the project was completed in 2004.

Timberglen Recreation Center - Owner: City of Dallas, Parks and Recreation

The indoor recreation center open year round to the public includes a gymnasium with volleyball and basketball court, a multi-purpose room, an arts and craft room, a pottery room complete with a kiln, and a kitchen. The two million dollar project was completed in October, 2003 and is located on Timberglen Road in Dallas.

Roseland Gardens Elderly Housing - Owner: Dallas Housing Authority

Alshall Construction Company oversaw the ground-up construction, excavation and site work of this multi-million dollar housing complex for the elderly in 2002. The project included 101 apartments, utilities, exterior masonry walls, structural steel and build-up roofing. It is located at North Washington Boulevard in Dallas.

Diamond Hill Jarvis High School - Owner: City of Fort Worth

This extensive project included the ground-up construction of a two-story addition to the high school, including 20 new classrooms, new science labs, and an auditorium, all complete with ADA ramps and air conditioning. The multi-million dollar project also featured built-up roofing, and renovations to the school’s cafeteria, bathrooms and library. ACCO also updated the school’s fire alarms and sprinkler system to meet current city code.
