W.O. Haggard Library - Owner: City of Plano

Another project ACCO is currently overseeing is construction of a 2 nd floor at the W.O. Haggard Library on Coit Road in Plano. The facility’s first floor remains open to the public during construction. Completion is scheduled for August, 2005.

Cox Building - Owner: Plano Independent School District

Alshall Construction Company is currently overseeing the renovation of a historic, 60-year old building on Avenue H in Plano. The building is being converted to a special education unit with classrooms and a new rehearsal hall for Plano ISD. Completion is scheduled for December, 2005

UTA Meadow Run Apartments

Owner: University of Texas at Arlington

This multi-million dollar project consists of ground-up construction of four, 3-story apartment buildings each featuring 24 living units for students (12 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom in each building). The buildings are handicap accessible with features for the hearing impaired. Completion is scheduled for July, 2005.
