Rabie Hashem - President / Construction Manager - A 40-year veteran of the construction industry, Rabie Hashem helped found Alshall Construction Company in 1998 and has steered the company to success with annual multi-million dollar revenues and bonding capacity. Major Alshall developments under Mr. Hashem include the Watauga Pavilion shopping center, a Dallas Housing apartment complex, various University of Texas at Arlington developments and several schools in the Dallas, Fort Worth and Plano Independent School districts.

Prior to joining Alshall Construction Company, Mr. Hashem oversaw the construction and renovation of dozens of public and government facilities including hotels and high-rise office buildings, turn key homes, and roads in the DFW Metroplex, Nebraska, Florida and the Middle East. He was a member of the Royal Scientific Society in Amman, Jordan.

A co-founder of Alshall Construction Company, Rabie Hashem brings 40 years of experience in ground-up construction, renovation, and business leadership to the team. Mr. Hashem joined Alshall Real Estate Company as a Vice President in the construction management division in 1995, and went on to launch Alshall Construction Company in 1998. In a little under ten years, he has helped lead the company through exponential growth and project capacity, managing the construction and development of several multi-million dollar projects including Watauga Pavilion shopping center, a Dallas Housing apartment complex, and the University of Texas at Arlington Meadow Run apartments, recreation center and renovation of the University’s Library. Other projects included the construction of schools for Dallas, Fort Worth and Plano Independent School Districts; construction of the Dallas Recreation Center and renovation and expansion of the City of Plano W.O. Haggard library. Prior to Alshall Construction Company, Mr. Hashem oversaw the construction and renovation of dozens of public and government facilities including hotels and high-rise office buildings, turn key homes, and roads in the DFW Metroplex, Nebraska, Florida and the Middle East. He was a member of the Royal Scientific Society in Amman, Jordan.

Dr. Ahmad Ali Sbaiti, B.S., Ph.D. - President, Alshall International U.S.A., Executive Vice President & Board Member of Alshall Construction Company

Ahmad Sbaiti co-founded Alshall Group in 1991. He has worked for the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, Kuwait, General Motors Corporation, U.S.A., and Texas Instruments, U.S.A., and a BS from the University of North Carolina, U.S.A.

Walid Keilani - President, ASG Real Estate Company, and Senior Financial Adviser, Alshall Group.

Mr. Keilani, founder of ASG Company, is an economist with experience in financial restructuring, asset management, and feasibility studies. He holds an MS in economics from Utah State University, U.S.A., and a bachelors degree from Ain Shams University, Egypt.

Parwaiz Alam, B.S., M.S. (Civil Engineering) - Vice President / Senior Project Manager - Since joining Alshall Construction Company in 1999, Parwaiz Alam has overseen all estimation, contractual and project budgeting processes at the company. A highly trained engineer with certifications in more than half a dozen safety and quality control programs, Mr. Alam helped drive several of the company’s multi-million dollar projects including the Dallas Housing Authority apartment complex, UTA Meadow Run Apartments, recreation and library projects and schools in the Dallas, Fort Worth and Plano Independent School Districts.

Mr. Alam is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators and the Society of Engineers; his certifications include AutoCAD 12 and Quality Control from the US Army Corps of Engineers. He brings 15 years of construction experience to the team.

Parwaiz Alam joined Alshall Construction Company as Chief Estimator in 1999 and is now Vice President and Senior Project Manager. A member of the American Society of Professional Estimators and the Society of Civil Engineers, Mr. Alam brings 15 years of construction management, project estimation and quality/safety control training to the team. Having joined Alshall Construction Company just one year after its inception, Mr. Alam helped grow the company into a well-known construction firm with annual multi-million dollar revenues. He led Alshall Construction Company in all budgeting, estimation, contractual and team coordination aspects on multi-million dollar projects, including the Dallas Housing Authority apartment complex, the UTA Meadow Run Apartments, recreation center and library renovations; as well as the school development projects for the Dallas, Fort Worth and Plano Independent School Districts. Mr. Alam holds certifications in AutoCAD 12, Pavement Design, and Quality Control by the US Army Corps of Engineers among others; and currently oversees the construction and quality/safety control of the company’s projects.

Linda Henricks - Controller - Linda Hendricks is one of the newest members of Alshall Construction Company, having joined in 2005. With more than 15 years of construction and business accounting experience, Ms. Hendricks handles all of the company’s finances including I.A.I. billing, financial reporting and payments and cost analysis projections. Having served as an accountant, controller and senior bookkeeper for Dallas-based construction companies and a health management corporation, Hendricks possesses a proven track record for accuracy and profitability enhancement.

Project Coordinator / Assistant Estimator - Ileana Garrison joined the Alshall Construction team in 2003 and has risen from receptionist to assistant estimator and bid coordinator. Well versed in multiple software systems including Construction Information Network, Ms. Garrison also handles the company’s RFIs and the preparation of submittals and proposals.

Basel Ashour B.S. -Office Manager / Assistant Controller - Alshall Construction Company’s office manager, Basel Ashour, has nearly 30 years of experience in administrative and leadership roles with local and international businesses. Mr. Ashour handles office-related materials and processes for the company. He also assists the controller in project change orders, contracts and insurance certificates.

Mike Huizar - Asst. Project Manager - Mr. Huizar is currently superintendent for Mesquite Animal Shelter and in the past has been superintendent for projects: Mesquite Animal Shelter, Roseland Community Center and Timberglen Recreation Center. He has been with Alshall Construction Company since 2003.

David Hutson - Project Superintendent - David Hutson is currently superintendent overseeing the addition to the Meadow Elementary School. A 23-year veteran of the construction industry, Mr. Hutson brings decades of experience in public, residential and commercial development and reconstruction to the team.

Raymond King - Superintendent - Raymond King worked with Alshall Construction Company as a sub-contractor before joining the team fulltime in 2005. Mr. King currently oversees our Plano W.O. Haggard Library project. A journeyman electrician, Mr. King brings a decade of project management experience to the team, with a strong background in school and commercial construction.
